    • Purchasing this Instructor Development Course authorizes you to become an instructor for the 3rd Edition DDC-State Courts Against Road Rage (DDC-SCARR) course.  Authorized National Safety Council DDC-SCARR instructors are part of an exclusive group nationwide representing large and small organizations, from our NSC chapters & distributors to courts, government agencies, and even private entities.

      Our Instructor Development Course is delivered via eLearning.  With this purchase, you will receive the required teaching materials and the Instructor Development Course training.  The full package includes:

    • Instructor Manual (printed and downloadable versions)
    • Participant Guide and sample Certificate of Completion

    • State Courts Against Road Rage 3rd Edition is a significant update to the previous 2nd Edition.  The primary audience for this instructional intervention course is repeat traffic offenders, aggressive / road rage and/or drag racing offenders or those deemed by state law or court jurisdiction to need a driver retraining program.  DDC-SCARR is conducted through Instructor Led Training via classroom or sometimes through virtual presentation.

  • Objectives

    • National Safety Council has made it easy for you to become an Authorized DDC-SCARR Instructor through our eLearning approach.  You will complete four (4) eLearning Modules produced in an interactive, web-based environment.  You will learn about NSC, our effective facilitation techniques, and foundational training skills to deliver a successful DDC training program.

      Upon completing Module 4 you will receive your authorization as a 3rd Edition DDC-SCARR Instructor.  You can then log back into learn.nsc.org to download the multimedia.  Your Chapter, Distributor or Training Center administrator can also then purchase 3rd Edition Participant Guide materials for you to begin holding classes.
